I'm grateful for my family and to my friends who support and love me.

I've lived in Maryland since 1990.

Went to PA School of Art & Design then transferred and graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 1992 with a B.F.A. and received my art education certification in 1995 from Towson University.

Since then I've done many things:

I've been in a variety of solo and group exhibitions throughout Baltimore and Pennsylvania.

Owned my own brick and mortar art gallery, Galerie Michelle.

I've waited tables and bartended in Fells Point at the Infamous John Stevens LTD, now Penny Black.

Worked on the set of Homicide - Life on the Street as a set painter in addition to other television set painting productions.

I've worked in Faux Finishing for Twin Diamond Studios, and was a group fitness instructor for over 16 years.

Taught art grades K-12 at various schools.

Worked in corporate America in sales and marketing for 10 years; everything from advertising, prepress, and medical sales; home-care specifically.

I've owned horses and a large heard of goats- what a ride that was!

Started my still thriving and niche Home Wellness and Lifestyle Management company, Type A Home Concierge (TypeAhome.com), in November 2008.

Now, full circle, I'm a re-emerging artist stronger in style, detail, and vision which I attribute to my years of life experience, observations, and from discipline and detail at Type A Home.
